So if you want a second choice for downloading torrents online, then I would recommend Hide My Ass. It is an OK service but it doesn’t offer as much value as Express VPN does.

First off is the problem with connection speed. Express VPN offers a rapid download speed for torrents, whereas Hide My Ass is slower. It is certainly faster than a dial up connection, for example, but it will take you a while to download a torrent file with this VPN.

Also their customer service is not as responsive. While it took Express VPN just under an hour to get back to me with some simple questions, it took Hide My Ass over half a day. This was a really long time to respond to the simple queries I had and I wouldn’t want to wait that long if I had a problem with their service.
